General conditions of use.

These general conditions of use are provisional. They will be revised and finalized by a lawyer before the commercial launch of the Kin-Guard service.
1. Purpose
These T&Cs govern access and use of the kin-guard.com site and, when it is launched, the Kin-Guard service — AI telephone assistant for filtering unknown calls. By accessing the site or using the service, you accept these T&Cs.
2. Access to the service
Kin-Guard is currently in the pre-launch phase. Access is by waiting list. YOURLITTLEFACTORY reserves the right to modify the access conditions before and after launch.
Use of the service is reserved for adult individuals residing in France, or their legal representatives for persons under guardianship or curatorship.
3. User Obligations
- Use the service in compliance with French law and the rights of third parties.
- Do not attempt to circumvent security or detection systems.
- Provide accurate information when registering.
- Inform the people whose protection you are activating (trusted contact, relatives).
4. Limitation of liability
Kin-Guard is a support tool — it does not guarantee 100% protection. YOURLITTLEFACTORY cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from fraud not detected by the service.
In the event of interruption of the service for maintenance or technical incident, YOURLITTLEFACTORY undertakes to inform users as soon as possible.
5. Intellectual property
All elements of the service (algorithms, interfaces, brands, texts) are the exclusive property of YOURLITTLEFACTORY. Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is prohibited.
6. Termination
The user can cancel their subscription at any time, online, without charge or notice period. YOURLITTLEFACTORY may suspend or terminate access in the event of a violation of the T&Cs.
7. Modification of the T&Cs
YOURLITTLEFACTORY reserves the right to modify these T&Cs. Users will be informed of any significant changes by email.
8. Applicable law
These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the French courts have sole jurisdiction.
